Midland Athletic Syndicate
Permian Resources is a proud supporter of the Midland Athletic Syndicate, investing $5,000,000 into the project that will be a hub for youth sports – developing skills, building character and confidence, and helping kids stay active.
Habitat for Humanity
In two years, Permian Resources donated $170,000 and our employees volunteered to build two Permian Basin Habitat for Humanity homes in Midland from the ground up.

Permian Roots
Through the Permian Roots annual initiative, Permian Resources employees have planted 40 trees at 4 local parks in Carlsbad, New Mexico since 2025 in partnership with Keep Carlsbad Beautiful.
Keep Carlsbad Beautiful
Permian Resources commissioned a mural, in partnership with Keep Carlsbad Beautiful and the City of Carlsbad, at the Lake Carlsbad Tennis and Pickleball Center to bring life to this area of town. The mural was designed and painted by a Permian Resources employee and members of the Midstream and Marketing team chipped in to help. The Boys and Girls Club of Carlsbad left their mark by helping with the finishing touches of the project.
Pecos Express
We committed $30,000 to the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce to round out their purchase of a new Pecos Express Powered by Permian Resources train that has been beloved at Christmas on the Pecos.
Permian Resources STEM Scholarship.
The Permian Resources STEM Scholarship was developed in 2026 and given to 10 high school seniors attending high school in the areas where we operate – totaling $30,000 toward higher education in STEM majors
Midland Northwest YMCA
Permian Resources is proud to have supported the Midland Northwest YMCA by contributing $250,000 to its capital campaign. The new facility will support families in this fast-paced growing area of town by offering childcare and fitness services.

Permian Resources is a proud Tier 1 member of the Permian Strategic Partnership which has directly invested over $214 million in Permian Basin projects, including Texas and New Mexico, and contributed to collaborative investments totaling $2.3 billion.
The Results of Our New Mexico Partnerships
In 2025, we opened our first New Mexico field office, located at 4111 S Tidwell Road in Carlsbad, and look forward to continuing our growth in the area.
We hosted training for local Eddy County first responders and law enforcement in 2025 and 2026.
Permian Resources was the first company to ever offer a dollar-for-dollar employee match during The Carlsbad Community Foundation’s 2025 Community Giving Week, and we look forward to continuing to grow that initiative.
Permian Resources was the driving force that championed the Permian Strategic Partnership’s $10 million investment to bring the Trades and Technologies Center to Southeast New Mexico College, and we fully supported the Highway Safety Team initiative in partnership with Eddy County and Eddy County Fire & Rescue.
In 2025, our employees invested 233 volunteer hours in Eddy County through planting trees at local parks, installing disc golf tee boxes, participating in trash cleanups, and hosting food and coat drives.

In 2026, Permian Resources partnered with the Cavern City Trail Keepers and the Bureau of Land Management to install cattle guards at the La Cueva Ridge Trail which has allowed for approximately 15 miles of additional trail to be opened up for mountain bikers, hikers, and equestrians.
Permian Resources provided $197,000 in funding to the City of Carlsbad/Carlsbad Police Department for safety barricades to be used during festivals, concerts, etc.
Permian Resources partnered with six other oil and gas companies to donate, in total, $35,000 to the Carlsbad Fire Department to fund their request for upgrading their existing gas monitoring system.
Permian Resources awarded four high school seniors planning to pursue STEM careers through its newly established Permian Resources STEM Scholarship totaling $12,000.
The Results of Our Texas Partnerships
The Permian Resources STEM Scholarship was awarded to six Texas high school seniors pursuing majors in STEM education in the areas we operate totaling $18,000.
$30,000 given to the Midland Education Foundation to support the Midland ISD Showcase, Grants for Great Ideas and Microgrants for teachers.
We hosted a Nonprofit Fair at our Midland Headquarters to connect employees with 18 local organizations to volunteer, serve and give.
Our summer interns partnered with Midland Children’s Rehabilitation for their annual service project.
We partner with Love Midland and Bynum School for a family volunteer day.
104 coats collected and $5,200 given to 3:11 Ministries as the result of an employee coat drive where Permian Resources matched $50 for every coat donated.
355 volunteer hours supporting Habitat for Humanity, the West Texas Food Bank, Keep Midland Beautiful, Midland ISD Education Foundation, Mission Agape and the Town of Pecos City.
